The production facilities are spread over a total area of 94018 m² and consist of three completely independent plants for production of small and medium-sized cylinders. A fourth plant for production of big-sized and special cylinders is under construction.

The high-tech CNC machines and machining centres installed in the factories are from the world brands MAZAK and HAAS. Specialized equipment includes TACCHI skiving and roller burnishing machines and THOMPSON friction welding machines.

Specific processes guaranteeing the highest product quality are nitro-carbonitriding, salt spray testing, ultrasonic cleaning, robotic friction welding.
